    Job Requirements
      Must be proficient in the following:
 Render efficient customer service
 Skilled in handling customer related stress.
 Type a minimum of 45 words per minute
 Demonstrate knowledge and appreciation of customers' expectations
 Demonstrate knowledge and skills in dealing with various types of customer

Other Requirements/Skills :
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:    
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.    
• Enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced setting, suitable for recent graduates or career changers.    
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.    
• Knowledgeable in computer use and typing proficient.    
• Reliable attendance during assigned shifts.
