1. Checking and Processing of AP (Account Payable) voucher received.
2. Preparation and Printing of Check voucher and checks.
3. Prepare all checks for signature of authorized signatories and bank transmittal.
4. Attend to all suppliers concerns regarding payables.
5. Preparation of weekly checklist for release and monthly payables.
6. Updating of weekly budget for check date and amount.
7. Updating of check booklet and accounting |
