Other Requirements/Skills :
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in process, risk, and change management, including post-implementation, with a preference for experience in real estate or construction industries. Skilled in framework creation, process blueprinting, and policy development, and have experience coaching and monitoring SLAs and metrics. Proficient in Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office365, analytical, creative, results-driven, and possess strong moral and professional values.
