1. Creation and monitoring of service request until resolved 2. Creation of Summary Report/preparing raw data to be use for monthly reporting 3. Identifying the issues and provide analysis based on the reported issues 4.Perform escalation of concerned ticket to next level support 5.Previous experience in hospital as local IT is a plus

 Apply fundamental computer concepts as problem solving skills
 Design and implement computer-based solutions
 Perform research in the fields of software engineering, systems development, and information systems
