ATM Technicians are responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and/or any related activities. Provides on-site support including repair, maintenance, and parts replacement services, Loads &/or upgrade software, Troubleshoots onsite and provides root cause analysis to customer/s, Will trains/guides bank staff and officers for First Line Maintenance, Maintains/follows the Service Level Agreement as defined in Customer’s Contract, |
