Client Service Specialist

Responsible for the end-to-end payroll and/or timekeeping process of assigned account/s. -Graduate of any business-related or IT-related course -Must have basic to advance knowledge in MS Excel -Must have basic to advance knowledge in SQL -Knowledge in payroll and/or attendance computation is an advantage -Must be keen on details -Must be customer oriented -Must have good communication skills -Preferably resident of Pasig or Mandaluyong

      Must be proficient in the following:
 Apply knowledge of business processes, computing, mathematics, and social sciences appropriate to Information Systems
 Analyze a problem, identify, and define the computing requirements with respect to organizational factors appropriate to its solution and plan strategies for their solution
 Deploy and use effectively skills, tools, and techniques necessary for information systems practice
 Communicate effectively with a range of audiences. Communication skills include technical writing, presentation and negotiation, and numeracy
 Recognize the legal, social, ethical, and professional issues and practices involved in the exploitation of computer technology both in the local and global community
