Job Description
1. Discuss and present to clients possible solutions provided by the company (Presales Work)
2. Assist the team in the deployment of products sold by the company (Deployment)
3. Assist clients with problems related to networking and IT infrastructure (After Sales Support)
4. Assist the team with other project-related works
5. Create timesheets and update tasks in ERP for project management |

| Must be proficient in the following: |
 | Design, develop, manage and maintain computer hardware systems. |
| | | Design, develop, manage and maintain computer software systems. |
| | | Design, develop, manage and maintain data communication systems - e.g. computer network infrastructure and client-servers. |
| | | Partition and format hard disks |
| | | Perform back-up and restoration of files |
| | | Set up Local Area Networks |
| | | Create and maintain user accounts |
| | | Diagnose and troubleshoot computer systems |
|
Other Requirements/Skills :
Networking Expertise:
> Strong knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and MPLS.
> Hands-on experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, routing, and switching.
