-Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking -Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals -Conduct remote troubleshooting -Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue -Customize desktop applications to meet user needs -Record technical issues and solutions in logs -Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel -Help create technical documentation and manuals

Must be proficient in the following:

Design, develop, manage and maintain computer hardware systems.

Design, develop, manage and maintain computer software systems.

Design, develop, manage and maintain data communication systems - e.g. computer network infrastructure and client-servers.

Perform preventive maintenance on hardware and software computer systems

Set up Local Area Networks

Create and maintain user accounts

Create system documentation

Diagnose and troubleshoot computer systems
