- Apply communications and training techniques to facilitate the appropriate use of knowledge resources in Allsec’s business activities by coordinating and/or facilitating end-user learning sessions
- Performs Monitoring and provides feedback to the Management Team and to the Client
- Participates and coordinates in Quality Calibration Sessions with the clients and the management team
