Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. 2) Respond promptly to customer inquiries 3) Communicating with customers through various channels. 4) Resolving issues and basic troubleshooting technical problems 5) Manage customers' accounts 6) Provide assistance for deposits & withdrawals 7) Handle certain transactions 8) Providing proactive customer outreach
