Business Process Specialist (Policies and Procedur

This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and improving policies and procedures for the company's core and support processes. Involves collaborating with process owners to analyze issues, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with strategic goals and system automation. Responsibilities include preparing and finalizing policies, validating business requirements, managing documents, performing risk assessments, and monitoring policy implementation to ensure efficiency and compliance.
 
 
    Job Requirements
      Must be proficient in the following:
 Project Management
 People Management
 Fundamentals of Accounting
 Develop business plans and strategies
 Adapt to various specialized working environment

Other Requirements/Skills :
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in process, risk, and change management, including post-implementation, with a preference for experience in real estate or construction industries. Skilled in framework creation, process blueprinting, and policy development, and have experience coaching and monitoring SLAs and metrics. Proficient in Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office365, analytical, creative, results-driven, and possess strong moral and professional values.
