Solutions Specialist
Metro Manila

Primary Responsibilities Attend all required technical / certification training. Attain the necessary technical knowledge for the assigned solutions. Provide technical sales support to Account Managers. Perform on-site and off-site technical support services. Submit client call slips and service reports. Perform all other tasks as may be assigned.

Must be proficient in the following:

Design, develop, implement, manage, and maintain business computer solutions

Manage information systems to aid business decisions

MySQL

Oracle

Adobe Photoshop

HTML

JavaScript

Other Requirements/Skills :
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
Very good oral and written communication skills are required.
Experience working in a customer support environment is a plus.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Willing to work in San Juan City, Metro Manila.
