• Monitor Tickets under dashboard • Do initial checking on Tickets/ basic troubleshooting • Assess and Assign Tickets to Proper Support Group • Monitor Nearing Breached/Breached Tickets and Remind the Agents who has breached/nearing breached Tickets • Send Open ticket reports on MS Teams Group Chat • Read Emails • Monitor Viber for Escalations

      Must be proficient in the following:
 Design, develop, implement, manage, and maintain business computer solutions
 Manage information systems to aid business decisions
 MySQL
 VBScript
 Adobe Photoshop
 FrontPage
 HTML
