Maintain HR records and documentation
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit interviews
Assist with employee retention and engagement initiatives
Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
Assist with payroll functions |
