Responsible for providing administrative support to the HR and Admin department. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Maintain HR records and documentation Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit interviews Assist with employee retention and engagement initiatives Conduct research and prepare reports as needed Assist with payroll functions
 
 
    Job Requirements
      Must be proficient in the following:
 Type a minimum of 45 words per minute
 Schedule business meetings and appointments
 Organize and maintain business papers and electronic files
 Utilize office automation tools effectively in delivering office administrations tasks
 Practice customer service
