Positions Available:
Accountant The Accountant is responsible for the processing of Requests for Check Preparation (RCPs), preparation of Journal Entries and monthly/annual financial statements and reports. He/She also analyzes assigned balance sheet accounts.
Finance Analyst The Finance Analyst is responsible for the preparation, consolidation and analysis of financial statements to be submitted to the SBU CFO for further review, analysis and consolidation for reports.
Project Intern/Architect The Project Intern/Architect is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and or production of all necessary drawings, details, specifications and other supporting technical information necessary to execute the designs.
Project Development Associate Job Summary: The Project Development Associate performs various duties for project development. The Project Development Associate coordinates with a variety of groups such as project consultants, CLAU, TPD, CMG, Sales and Marketing, Ad and Promo, APMC and other support units to achieve project development objectives. He assists in the land acquisition/deal-making stage of the project.
