Restaurant Manager
This position is responsible for managing and controlling the bakeshop, its people and resources. He is also responsible in creating an attractive and friendly environment that makes customers feel delighted at every encounter, and at the same time achieving planned sales, profit and FSC targets for the Company.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
The position is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager on proper execution of sales building, management of store’s profitability and FSC. He is accountable in ensuring customer satisfaction and timely feedback management of the crew management team.
