Institutional Sales Head
Graduate of any 4-year course
Preferably a licensed Broker
Must have at least 5 years experience in Real Estate industry
Can come up with unique strategies to tap potential international buyers
Has the ability to determine effective sales channel to achieve targets
Results driven, assertive and can deal with different types of people
Has an excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
Manifest leadership skills, team player
Junior Property Specialist
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in any business related courses; preferably in Marketing or Advertising
With at least 1-2 years work experience in sales; preferably in real estate
Knowledgeable with Basic Sales Principles
Good presentation & communication skills
Can deal with different types of people in all levels of the organization
Outgoing, Results-driven
Loan Processor
Graduate of any 4-year business related course
At least 1 year experience as Loan Processing or similar position
Customer Service – Oriented
Proficient in using computer software (MS Office)
Has good communication & negotiation skills (handling buyer’s inquiries; good at business correspondence)
Keen to details; results-oriented, highly motivated, systematic & organized |
