Marketing Associate for Social Media
Function:
Responsible for the day to day management of Meralco’s social media properties to deliver positive and relevant customer experience across different social platforms
Quality Assurance Analyst
Function:
The Quality Assurance Analyst develops, implements, monitors, evaluates and enhances parts of or major Service Quality Assurances processes.
Process Analyst
Function:
Identifies and recommends enhancements in the process and in the information system support. Monitors compliance and other implementation problems, gathers and processes data, and identifies action plans to support goals and improve team performance.
